
Our co-founder, Erica, has more than a decade of experience in both startup culture and big brand building in her previous roles with Tide Cleaners – the entrepreneurial, retail extension of the ever-famous Tide® laundry brand. As a leader and executive on the Tide Cleaners team, Erica’s responsibilities included developing and executing targeted direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, media initiatives, and brand strategy for the franchised concept. And, as one of the first employees on the project with P&G, she was key in building the business infrastructure, launching new business initiatives, and developing the brand identity for Tide Cleaners. Before joining Open, Erica was leading a team managing all local marketing campaigns, media initiatives, and promotions nationwide, helping to catapult Tide Cleaners to the #1 trusted brand in dry cleaning and the single largest dry cleaning chain in the country.
